    Perform Client Managerial duties in Plano, TX. Will be responsible for acting as a point of contact for MyTaxFiler’s clients in accounting, taxation and payroll areas including interacting with clients and responding to the various accounting and taxation queries of the clients; review and finalizing complex tax returns for small/midsize corporates, partnerships, non-profits and individuals clients; analyzing tax returns to prepare strategies for tax planning and projection reports for high net worth and small business clients; reviewing and finalizing financial statements for small/midsize corporations, partnerships, non-profits and individuals; analyzing financial statements and assisting individual clients with financial planning including identifying financial challenges and opportunities; setting up annual and long-term goals; and advising clients on major financials decisions recommendations and adjustments when needed; educating the start-up clients on incorporation of an entity including registration, tax planning, accounting and licensing requirements; drafting responses to the tax notices and representing clients before IRS and local tax agencies to deal with tax notices and related issues; reviewing employment tax returns and handle and represent payroll notices related issues for clients; acting as a liaison between clients and MyTaxFiler Tech Team for MyTaxFiler software troubleshooters and suggesting modifications to the existing system as per the client requirements and latest changes in the regulations; conducting tax training sessions for the Tax Preparers and Account Executives; and conducting webinars/seminars and write blogs to educate the clients on existing and changing regulations.

    Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Accounting, Accounting Control Systems, Taxation, Finance, Business Administration with concentration in accounting or closely-related degree with an EA license and three years of experience in Accounting or Taxation or closely related jobs to include working on taxes (including tax returns and tax planning) for corporates and individuals, financial statements and financial planning.
