Election of Chair

October 30th 2008 – The GVA leadership today announced that Mr. Victor Abraham has accepted the position of Non Executive Chairman to the GVA board. Victor is on the Board, and holds the title of President & CEO of Providence Bank of Texas and Skypass Travel, two prominent business establishment in the South US. An industry veteran, he brings with him about 25 years of solid banking and hospitality industry experience which will be the guiding light for the GVA board, said Mr. Gurudatt S Pai, Member of the Board.

“I’m a great follower of Mr. Narayana Murthy and always inspired by the world class Infosys management team. GVA processes and policies resonates those principles and our ambition is to lead and grow the organization in the same way we’ve seen Infosys grow over the past 28 years”, said Sudhir G Pai, President & CEO, GVA. I come with a 10 year service background from Infosys, a multinational company whose management, he added.
