Business Manager (BM)

  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of work accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Experience developing and delivering clear presentations.
  • Demonstrate a team attitude.
  • Experience thriving in a fast paced environment.
  • Have Skill and experience in customer interfacing and customer satisfaction.
  • Willing to work in shifts.


Tax Analyst (TA)

Required Skills include multistate tax compliance, strong tax research skills, possess strong organizational skills, ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and consistently meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results.

The Key Skills and the Responsibilities include:

  • Graduate/ Post Graduates with 1-2 years of experience in Taxation, Bookkeeping, payroll, incorporation.
  • Knowledge and experience performing full corporate tax cycle
  • Premium Tax Experience.
  • Basic Bookkeeping classes.
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes, clear, concise
  • Communication, with good analytical skills.
  • Have strong process knowledge and skills.
  • Acquire good track records.
  • Willing to work in shifts.


Tax Preparer (TP)

The candidate must have good customer services skills, ability to work independently and be a team player. Also be able to research different Bookkeeping and business issues, be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

The Key Skills and the Responsibilities include:

  • 2-5 years of tax preparation.
  • Knowledge of tax regulation for individual, corporation, partnership returns.
  • Capable of performing research.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
