Sudhir Gurudatt Pai, Co-Founder & CEO

Sudhir Pai is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Value Add, Inc. He founded GVA in October 2008. Sudhir believes that success comes only if objectives and goals are defined by proper planning followed by a thorough and detailed implementation which strictly adheres to timeline and SLAs defined during the planning process. His vision is to see GVA in the list of top 10 Professional Tax Services & Business Consulting firms and become one of the most sought-after providers of Business and Individual Taxation services internationally.

Sudhir has over 18 years of experience in the Finance, Tax and accounting fields. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Texas & Colorado, Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI India, Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and Enrolled Agent (EA) admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

An outgoing, proactive accounting professional, he brings particular strengths to the area of informal business consulting, working closely with business owners and managers to analyze their operations and devising practical solutions for their needs. His extensive experience in the area of personal and business tax planning, helping individuals, and owners of closely-held businesses (S corporations, C corporations, Partnerships, and Limited Liability Companies) minimize the total impact of business, and personal taxes.

Mani Manickavelu, Co-Founder & CEO, MyTaxFranchisor

Mani Manickavelu is a strategic visionary with over 20 years of experience in business expansion and business development. He has an innate talent to identify the right associations and build performing teams. He is known for his inspiring leadership, considerate negotiations, and transparent communication.

Before MyTaxFranchisor, Mani had built a successful education franchise in a short span of time, through diligent planning and meticulous execution, and had grown his business into a national brand in elementary education. During this period, his responsibilities ranged from creating multiple products, defining scalable processes for sales and training building a team of responsible business owners.

Mani has a wide spectrum of knowledge on a various dynamics of the franchising business. Some of his strengths include franchise identification and relationship management, training, operations and franchise compliance, successful marketing campaigns, maintaining healthy and open franchisor/franchisee relationships.

Prior to building his own franchise brand, Mani had been with Cognizant for around 15 years on program management specializing in business development and managing large teams across the globe for clients such as MetLife, AC Nielsen, AT&T, Blockbuster and IMS Health.

He is also a strategic advisor to various organizations and entrepreneurs.

Rama Prasad Adabala, Head – Technology

Rama Prasad (Ram) spearheads SaaS Leaders as Chief Mentor and Executive officer and people known to him describes as a person having unlimited energy and optimism. He has worked for customers in US, Singapore, Australia and India for past 30 years, gaining global experience using Onsite – Offshore model. He is very keen on process efficiency and has an extensive experience of managing teams of IT professionals and known for good mentoring skills and drawing career path to team members. His passion is to work closely with customers and giving them value at a reasonable cost. He has strong problem analysis and programming skills proven in high-pressure environments and ability to deal with new applications and platforms effectively and quickly.

He has always been paranoid about solving customer problems. His understanding of design patterns, innovative offerings, analytical abilities and basic clarity in thinking builds a great foundation for a flourishing relationship with customers, partners and employees. Supriya S Pai, Co-Founder & Director – Finance & HR

Supriya Pai is an Enrolled Agent, admitted to Practice before the IRS. Supriya oversees GVA’s US operations. Her experience encompasses many facets of the accounting world, including personal tax, and QuickBooks support. Supriya’s outgoing philosophy makes our clients feel comfortable, by providing prompt, and friendly service. She also manages the administrative section for the organization. Supriya holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management.

When not at work, Supriya enjoys spending time with her 3 children, reading, watching movies, surfing the internet, and travelling.

Gangaraju Hanumaiah, Vice President – Operations

Mr. Gangaraju Hanumaiah is an Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the IRS. He has over 12 year of experience in the areas of Tax and Accounting Services. Gangaraju’s expertise includes US-Foreign tax laws where he has successfully represented over many US taxpayers in the IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program/Amnesty Program and facilitated in their compliance with offshore financial tax matters and he has been personal tax adviser for many high net-worth individuals (HNIs) and business owners.

Gangaraju understands and applies commercial and financial principles of building a successful tax practice. He currently manages the Houston Branch operations and has demonstrated events and activities to identify fresh approaches to improve his book of business.

Gangaraju holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Prior to Mytaxfiler, Gangaraju was with Ernst & Young and recipient of the High Impact Award from the EY Management Division.

Aravinda Biliya , Vice President – Operations – North East America

Aravinda is a creative visionary, multi-disciplinary leader and heading operations ,sales and delivery for USA North East region for MYTAXFILER & myStartUpCFO. With experience spanning 16 years in Project Management, Operations Management, Human Resource Development and Financial Operations for clients in the UK, USA and India, he has used his experience and expertise to build large teams and spearhead projects in organisations. He believes that anything can be achieved by doggedly pursuing objectives, building systems and processes followed by precise and detailed implementation while also adhering to strict protocols and Service Level Agreements.

Aravinda is Certified in ASQ Six Sigma with an Anexas Black Belt. He has a unique approach towards solving problems through effective Strategy and process improvements. He has not only created steps to solve problems but played a key role in the execution and implementation. Having a stellar track record in these fields has made him a valuable resource to have in a growing and developing organization. He posses great knowledge in Finance and Tax compliance which has enabled him to effectively consult for startups and individuals on these matters.

Prasanna Kumar B V, Vice President & Head Operations – Sunnyvale, CA

Prasanna is an Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration Degree in Finance from Bangalore University.

Prasanna has over eight years of experience in accounting and tax services to individuals, partnerships, corporations and not-for-profit organizations. He has worked closely with many businesses, advising and executing accounting and tax services. Prasanna began his career in Bangalore and moved to San Francisco Bay Area, CA where he acquired in-depth experience with professional service companies, specializing in software and consulting companies, as well as real estate partnerships. As a tax accountant, he has worked with dentists, physicians, optometrists, chiropractor, law practices, and other industries as well. Shridhar was a partner and Chief Executive Office of Audit firms Shridhar & Associates, Ghosh Mirani & Co – India and PBG Associates, UK from 2011 to 2015/16. During this period, he was also a COO of P & G Associates, Dallas, TX, USA. He was responsible to develop the audit practice from scratch to a roaring and very successful audit practice with wide spread international corporate client base.

Krishnan is an international tax professional with significant on–ground practical experience of globalizing a company’s operations.

He has managed the entire gamut of planning, compliance, tax audits and litigation in international income–tax and transaction tax; due diligence and contract structuring as well as risk mitigation.
