Resources

Our physical infrastructure is all encompassing, offering a good work environment to our staff. GVA hires staff with commerce, Bookkeeping, tax and mathematics background. Our talent pool is made up of CPA, CA, CWA, MBA, CS, and MS Graduates from well known universities around the world. We hire our staff after a great deal of due diligence. The staff is clearly told that “Client comes first, everything next…..”.  Our Tax Advisors comply with the necessary regulatory requirements required by IRS and Indian IT department.

We get non disclosure and confidentiality agreements signed by every GVAIN, and it is ensured that mobile phones, and outside material is not carried to the work space. Our staff believe in the long term vision their organization has seen for them, and most of the staff  have spent atleast 2 years with the company. Security

Our resources are secured with proper controls in place. We’ve designed our infrastructure keeping in mind the data privacy laws of the United States. Our servers are loaded with the latest and robust firewalls, and we host our client accessible software’s and databases with reputed hosting centers in the United States. MyTaxFiler platform has robust security processes in place, it contains restricted access to specified users and is user protected. All data transfer is 128-bit encrypted and has AES key encryption.

Secured e-mail servers

GVA has partnered with one of the well known hosting company in the United States for E-mail and data servers. All our electronic e-mails are 256 bit encrypted, and accessed using Microsoft OEM products. Our security administrator reserves a right to monitor all incoming and outgoing emails for quality adherence.

Green work space

GVA infrastructure policies are environment sensitive and drafted carefully with an aim of keeping the environment Green. The color in the GVA logo signifies the spirit behind the green world.

Energy Back-up

GVA offices are appropriately backed up with the required energy backup technology. We have installed UPS and generators connecting all the business and life critical equipments, thereby ensuring redundancy in the event of a power failure.

Server redundancies

Our technology policies ensure complete backup of all primary data, not only that, our conservative policies do take backup of all backups using 2 Servers with raid technology and backup tapes.

Voice System

Our phone system runs on a dedicated bandwidth, and we do all this the right way! We do have necessary regulatory approvals for operation of a process center. We’ve deployed the state of art IPABX systems connecting the lines between the countries we operate in. Hunt  and ring groups technology ensure that we keep up with the voice SLA’s that we commit to our clients.
